Antioch University - Santa Barbara
The following pathways have been developed by Allan Hancock College (AHC) counselors
and are designed to provide students a clear route to complete lower division general
education requirements and any lower division major courses in which AHC has an equivalent.
The pathways represent basic information a student would receive when meeting with
a counselor to develop a Student Education Plan and are designed for academic advising
purposes only. Students are strongly encouraged to meet with a counselor to discuss
individual plans and needs before acting on these recommendations. The following information
is based on the 2011-2012 Antioch University - Santa Barbara catalog.

"My career goals as an accounting student are to fully immerse myself in the business world, to basically have an understanding of how businesses operate and function. The teachers seem to be very enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about what they're doing. Everything that has to do with learning how a business works is presented in a class. It's going to be very easy to apply anything that you learn here at school in the real world."
