The AHC University Transfer Center provides personal assistance and a variety of services
to students who plan to continue their education to a four-year university.
Transfer Services Include:
Transfer Counseling: Provide students with personalized counseling; accurate and up-to-date information
on transfer requirements, and major preparation as well as develop educational plans
that satisfy transfer requirements. Phone appointments available for students who
are out of the area.
Four-year University Admission Representative Visits: Students can schedule an appointment to meet individually with a college or university
Field Trips: the UTC organizes visits to four-year universities. Limited seating is available!
Pre-Registration is required.
Workshops: the UTC provides a variety of workshops to assist students with useful transfer information.
Topics include: learning transfer basics, exploring TAG agreements, applying online
to CSU/UC campuses, and guidance for students who have been accepted to a four-year
Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG): AHC has Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) agreements with UC Davis, UC Irvine, UC
Merced, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, UC San Diego and many more.
While criteria vary for each campus, this is a great opportunity for AHC students
to ensure transfer to the one of these great universities!
Transfer Day: The UTC organizes an annual Transfer Day, where representatives from various CSU
campuses, UC campuses, and private universities, both in-state and out-of-state, will
be available to answer questions about admissions requirements, majors, housing, financial
