You're a Returning Student if you've previously attended Allan Hancock College but have missed two or more semesters. Returning students must apply for admission again to register for classes.
You will need the following to apply:
Your high school transcript with an accurate GPA (if you've graduated within the last 10 years)
A chosen major (what degree or certificate do you want to work toward?)
A personal email address (you receive a student email account after registering for a class)
Your Social Security Number (SSN) if you have one (more information below)
Not supplying your Social Security Number will affect your financial aid or Hancock
Apply for Free
It is important that you complete BOTH steps:
Step 1: Create a CCCApply account by clicking the link below and receiving a CCCID
Step 2: Complete the application for admission.
After you have submitted the application above, you will receive a welcome email to your personal email address that will help you get started with using the myHancock portal and registering for a class.
When submitting your application, you will have the option of not submitting your SSN and to Consent to Release Information:
- Not submitting your SSN: Your application process and the ability to register and receive financial aid may be delayed if you have been issued a valid social security number and choose to submit your application for admission without your correct SSN. See more information on providing a Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number.
- Request for Consent to Release Information: To protect your privacy, marking the box "I do not consent", requires that you, the student, provide written authorization and a valid photo ID each and every time you or a third party requests any information about your records.
Good News! Support is now available 24/7 and during major holidays. Speak with a live technical consultant within 60 seconds or less.
