Role in Evaluation Process

As the dean or manager of a department you will be required to oversee the evaluation of the faculty and staff in your area.  The evaluation processes and timelines vary based on the role of the employee.  Refer to their respective collective bargaining agreements for detailed information regarding the evaluation process. Your administative assistant can help you facilitate the necessary processes.
